It is always useful to be able to monitor and track a parcel (or even a Dominos pizza delivery). The peace of mind tick-box is an easy win in the brand to consumer relationship. A recent order of an item has had the delivery of said consignment 'fulfilled' by Hermes and so it was very surprising to see  how expectations were being managed in the information that was conveyed. A little too honest, maybe?.
